I don't know what Cracker Barrel's executives would feel about criticism from a Canadian, but it would be the biggest mistake they ever made to change the rustic feel of the restaurant to something so sterile. And I love your videos when you include your family, especially your two very adorable nieces (?). I am sure that Carrie felt so proud dancing in front of her family!

We totally agree about the Cracker Barrel. Even if they don't care about your opinion, we do! Unfortunately, that seems to be a trend with restaurants lately, from McDonalds to Wendy's, etc., to make them all gray and devoid of any character. 😞 We weren't sure if people would like to watch our family but we're glad you do. I always enjoy your Cracker Barrel reviews, especially because there are no Cracker Barrels where I live. I try to go to Cracker Barrel when I visit family in North Carolina, Florida and Massachusetts. I prefer going there for breakfast. I usually get the Old Timer breakfast combo. If I do go for lunch or dinner, I will usually get the fried chicken. The Bee Sting chicken items look good from the new menu. Glad Matt got the Bee Sting chicken. The steak & eggs entree that Stacy got looks good with a good size 10 oz steak. Great tour of the Cracker Barrel Store. Great Cracker Barrel video with your family. Cute bonus footage of your niece's recital.

Very few Cracker Barrel’s here, which is probably why I’ve never seen one so quiet. I still am in denial that the eggstraordinare casserole is never coming back, it was my favorite …still a fun place to visit (the candy and country store in general ) but the food just isn’t the same IMO, it used to be fantastc. Regarding the design change, what are they thinking…if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Charlie Browns, a popular chain here did a redesign/rebrand and everyone hated it, they closed so many locations …what happy, pleasant children 👩‍❤‍👨🐶♥thanks for another great video

Holler & Dash looks so dystopian! On a side note, I know it's probably noisy as can be, but any chance we can get a Fannie Farkle food review? You guys mentioned it in a previous video and I'm obsessed.

Yeah, it does. I'm not surprised it failed. Hopefully, they won't go that far with the Cracker Barrel remodels. It is noisy there, and the audio will be a challenge, but we will try to do one as soon as we can. It's a fun place. Thanks for watching and commenting!

I knew I wasn’t crazy “Each morning, a new breakfast casserole would be prepared and after it was gone, no more was made. It was a delightful dish and can be made in many varieties including ham, bacon, sausage and even western omelet. Well, although I haven’t worked there in eons, I still love going to Cracker Barrel for their delicious food, from time to ”there is a link to this article which includes a recipe…I do remember you had to arrive early because it was often sold out …it was insanely good

@@RaysontheRoad TY, same to you. The person who posted the article was a former employee…her recipe is very simple but I can for sure tell you that the one I always ordered was composed of all of the breakfast meats, Colby, sourdough, eggs and milk.

Is the flagship the location you go to, I would imagine they would have an extensive accurate history…funny I always thought they originated in Virginia, there are so many there

I think it originated in Lebanon, Tennessee? We have never been to the flagship location or the first one but hope to someday. We usually just go to the ones near our house or close to the family we are visiting or off the interstate when we are traveling. We have been to several locations over the years.
