You have such adorable things that you make for your journals 🥰 I love these paper dresses 🥰 When I was young my big sister use to buy me booklets to cut out paper dolls and paper dresses. 🥰 She had passed away in Dec, 8th 2022 and I miss her so very much. I wanted to say thank you for letting me remember the fun things that we did together. You have become my very favorite person on KZfaq. I love all of your ideas 🥰

Gi, I made some of these up & gave them to my granddaughters (4 & 5 years old future subbies) & they were so excited & ran & got the crayons & colored them up with different designs. Thank you again for sharing. They will be beautiful in their scrapbooks.

I have to watch this a bunch of times to get them made.. I just know it.. a friend made one for me about 6 years ago,. I was going through Chemo and she made a paper clip to look like a hanger and put it on. It is a delight. I keep it in my book shelf in the living room,. She has since passed so it is even more valuable to me. I am glad for glass door book cases that that dress is safely behind.

These are WONDERFUL, Gi! I make these, too, but I never thought to embellish them as you have. I love that you’ve taken this sweet origami dress to the next level. As I replied to another commenter, I fold the waist a little higher so the bodice is shorter than the skirt. I like those dimensions better than folding in half. And I fold the collar so the points are in front, not in back. I just love these little dresses, and have given them away at meetings and church tea parties. They are super cute and super easy to make. I’ll definitely be embellishing the ones that are currently in my stash. Thank you, dear! 😍

DARLING! I saw these years ago and then lost the pattern I had. I just sat and made three as I watched you a couple of times. It's much harder with heavier scrapbook paper.. so I'll stick to the lighter weight papers. Love how you stamped on the one. Just made my sister a little sewing themed folio, to hold some button cards, tags and "handmade by" tags.. so one that I made, using 4-1/2 x 4-1/2 paper will be perfect for a paperclip inside! TFS
