Craft Fair Idea #7: Tea Pocket Favors 2015

Thank you so much for watching!!
Here are the supplies you will need to make these Tea Pockets:
12x12 double-sided paper
Ribbon
Stamps
Solid cardstock
Tea bag packets
Tools:
Paper trimmer
Scissors
2 ¼ scallop circle punch
1 ½ circle punch (or you can use a bigger one and trim like I did)(optional)
Score board
Score tape
Corner rounder
Ink for the stamps
Bone folder
Adhesive/glue
Foam adhesive
You can really minimize the list of tools if you don’t have all of these. You can make these with just a few basic tools. These are just the tools that I used.

What makes your projects so lovely is that you use quality materials, pay close attention to details, and finish all your items beautifully. All of these things add to the customer's perception of value. Beautiful papers, ribbon, layered tags, inside sentiment...even though it's just a small thing, it's done beautifully, and that adds up to a gift anyone would love to receive. Nice job, and great tutorial!

Nice tutorial. I'm doing over 100 about 103. They are time consuming but cute. I timed my self. I'm not done but I'm 8 hours in off and on. If you don't time yourself you'll think it's less time because time flies when you do something you enjoy. There are a lot of steps: You have to choose and pull out all the paper, cut all the paper to size then score all of them then fold and burnish all of them and make sure they're even then cut out all of your scallop circles and all of your round circles and add adhesive to the back of all of your circles... add sentiments to all of the round ones, attach all the round circles to the scallop circles then attach them with foam tape to the front of the card after you cut and apply ribbon to each one of them. Then add sentiment on the inside of all of them (I added also a butterfly and a teabag to my inside sentiment),cut all the corners. Cut the 3rd panel diagonally and attach it to the 2nd panel. Then package if you choose too. There is a lot invested timewise and if you guys make them please be sure to charge for your time. CRAFTERS YOU HAVE TO START CHARGING FOR YOUR TIME and your SUPPLIES...I'm on my 3rd Tombow snail adhesive tape. FYI:. I ADDED MY SENTIMENT DIRECTLY TO THE CARDSTOCK, if you do this it's best to add inside sentiment after you score and b4 you fold/ while it's still flat.❤️👍🌼.

I sold them for a $1.00 last year and the this year I sold them for like $1.50 and they still sold. I probably could've sold them for $2.00 but I didn't use very pretty papers or nice ribbons. I used my scraps.
