yeah, on my peavey vypyr 15, i had it on the "xxx" green clean tone, with delay less than half way, and reverb up all the way. plus, i had the switch on the guitar all the way down. cheers!

honestly i think any guitar will do, electric or acoustic. beginner classes would also help a lot. i took one when i was in college. then just try to learn some of your favorite songs. it takes time, dedication and patience :)
