Today I'm creating a writing board to place between pages in my boho journal. Though yummy, the boho fabrics can be bumpy and lumpy! So the writing board creates a smooth surface for journaling. Thanks for crafting with me!

Miss Gayle, I have to tell you, I am new to this craft and I have watched a lot of videos here on KZfaq and you by far my lady my most favored of crafters. Thank you so much for all the great information and beautiful pieces you make. I hope eventually I will be able to afford some of these items to make such extravagant beauties. God bless you dear and keep up the good work you do seem to enjoy so much.

Great video I love watching videos about boho journals. I also make writing boards for my journals and it's nice to see people doing them in many different ways, I tend to use very stiff bored as well but I tend to cover them with wallpaper it has a nice feel to it also I usually find wallpaper that matches the theme of my journal and it's free, 😀 as you allowed to take samples home so I take enough just to cover my writing board. All My journals have one because there's always some bumps that make it hard to write on the Pages.🤔 I love watching your videos I always find them so interesting thank you very much for sharing its much appreciated 😀

Hi Gayle. I was up looking at your Bohemian Journal craft with me videos this morning around 2 a.m. Please make a tutorial showing how you did that gorgeous boho snippet that you used. I know that we ask a lot of you, and that is it never ending, but you inspire us to create! thank you so much! Robin

Hi Robin! I have several snippet trim tutorials or craft with me videos on my channel. I did the boho snippet the exact same way...just boho instead of shabby chic! ❤️

Yes I know Gayle , and I have watched them All! I think it*s just choosing the fabric. I guess that*s the whole issue in the nutshell. I have never seen you use as much bling in any of your other videos. Hopefully you took a picture so that you can duplicate that one, it*s a winner!!! I will go back and look again. thanks, Robin

First of all let me say that the journal looks beautiful, fun colors and textures. I also love seeing how happy putting it together is making you. The one thing I would say though is the sound isn't all the great sometimes, even having my volume at 50 there were times when you sounded really far away from the mic so it made it hard to follow along or keep interest.

LaVerne, Hobby Lobby is where I got the jeweled tape and the beaded trim can be purchased at a fabric store in the trim section. ❤️

Love watching you work and often work along with you (smile). I would like to know how much you pay for the Mod Podge in America? I live in England.
@gayleagostinelli_ct5 жыл бұрын
Stella, it this it’s about $8 regular price. I usually use a coupon though to get it cheaper! ❤️
@starlightcraftsGB5 жыл бұрын
@@gayleagostinelli_ct Thank you Gayle. May have seemed an odd question, but we don't have so many shops here in England, like Hobby Lobby for instance. A couple of weeks ago I was in The Range, which is the best we do here at the moment and I picked up a pot of mod podge. There were three sizes. I chose the middle one but they wanted to charge me £8 for it. I thought that was really expensive! Later on, someone in my penpal group said she made hers by mixing normal pva glue with water and it was quicker and cheaper. I haven't tried that yet.

Hi Gayle. Love your journals and crafty bits Can you tell me your Etsy shop name Also can you explain the importance copyright date on books you Purchase to reuse and I’m a little confused about that cheers Donna
@gayleagostinelli_ct5 жыл бұрын
My Etsy is www.etsy.com/shop/CinnamonT And, so sorry, Donna, but I’m no expert on the copyright stuff. I’m not sure most of us that aren’t lawyers know the extent of it. There are some You Tube videos that address the issue if you do a search for it. I’m just not comfortable saying anything on a subject that I don’t know much about. Thanks for watching and your always kind comments! ❤️

Gayle Agostinelli thanks Gayle I know it’s all just crazy hard to understand I want to repurpose some books but I don’t want to do the wrong thing either. I just think it is a shame not to fix up old nooks and give them a new life so some one else can enjoy them
