Would you believe it! I'm sitting here with crepe paper I bought quite some time ago at Lidl. My plan was to make a huge rose. To my disappointment I found the paper to be too flimsy. What to do? Searched KZfaq for "crepe flower" and this video was the first in the search results. How lucky am I! I love poppies, and I'd even picked the same colour! It's such a great video too, with instructions that are simple and easy to follow. Thank you!

Wow! I just *love* this poppy Lia. It is absolutely beautiful & I appreciate the attention paid to detail that gives a natural look. You explain everything so well it encourages me; I may even attempt this when I have the right materials, but sadly I do not have a cutting machine so of course cannot use those gorgeous leaves you did. I would love to make some of your flowers, but the quality of the crepe paper is not so good in Mumbai. I think you use Crete fini crepe paper.

if your from Canada like me amazon is your best choice, everywhere else the shipping is ridiculous i had to pay more for the shipping then the actual crepe paper when i bought a bunch. :(

Dear Lia, I would really love to try to make some of your crepe paper flowers. However, I am from Europe (Czech republic) and it seems to me the only way to get the paper you use is from the UK. The shipping costs would be very high then and I cannot afford to pay them:-(. Is it possible to buy the paper somewhere in Germany as it is our neighbouring country and it would be definitely cheaper to get it from there...Thanks a lot for your reply!:-)
