Maybe you are not folding it correctly. Or you can use a heart cut out to trace.

When I have tried this then I folded the paper as many times I can but the last fold. (The triangle one) was not been done. Plz reply me what to do. Because my brother's birth day is coming and I have to make card for him.

That's maybe because your sheet is too thick. You can use a little thin sheet or can first score the lines & then make folds.
