Well, The impressions were done in fun. In the UK, they memorialize you by spoofing you. The bigger than life you are, the more comedy sketches you're going to get written and performed about you! Outside of the Royal Family, I'd wager Sean Connery has been spoofed most. I'd say he's probably in the Top 10 Most Satirized British celebrities since his James Bond days. He was a huge favorite of both Craig Ferguson and SNL/"Jeopardy" with Darrell Hammond. "Ha ha, Trebek! That's what your mother told me last night!" Nothing is sacred, not even the Queen!

Josh Robert Thompson is the actor who played Arnold. But Thompson's best voice impression is Morgan Freeman. He's also the voice of Geoff the robot skeleton.

I have to say, though... Scripted comedy was never Craig's strongest suit. He was at his best with his spontaneous improvisation and his witty banter with Geoff.

Wow, I didn't see many of these, thanks JLF. Craig used to have so many comedy bits in the early seasons, before he settled with only Geoff and Secretariat. Even the puppets had to go in the end :/

Glad you're back to posting Mr. Fly! During the 2 months you been away I've took to watching your brilliant compilations religiously... I'm a great admirer of Craig he's a genius and an artist. I've become particularly interested in Craig's serious side, his personality and philosophy which he generously shared throughout the course of the show. I couldn't be the only one who perked up whenever Craig mentioned his views on Freud or Jung or Kierkegaard... right? I just always thought it'd be a good idea of a compilation (if I may so bluntly make such a request). I don't know if it will get that many views or even be possible to make I imagine it takes ages to weed through the show to cut out very specific topics gosh I wouldn't dream of doing it myself which is why I'm shamelessly trying to cajole you into agreeing to do it. Alright and if that doesn't work I could always marry you provided you're not already married, not an Aquarius and not a creepy old guy who drinks out of snake cups and watches reruns of project runway far into the night. Okay that last part I don't mind a lot x
