They come in with a serious mind to challenge Craig and he adjusts casually to their threat level and you see them stop trying to try so hard because it just puts them in more trouble, so they start looking a little bewildered because they can't not try to do something but everything they do gets them deeper in the shit. It's like wrestling with quicksand, you know you have to try to escape, but the more you thrash around the sooner you go under...

This vid inspired me to hit up his instructional on the reach around (aka octopus guard) and today I hit an octopus guard to back take sequence and I felt the B Team energy flow through me. Granted, I got head and armed choked 3 times before I landed it, but 10/10 totally worth.

I do no bjj, but fan of b team, but realized watching this that bjj is more about knowing what your opponents next move will be based on what you do. Craig dictates every motion, even when allowing them to get control. Craig a key master. Sick to see the puzzles in motion. Say this an an outsider looking in.
