Yes. no fake boobs, no fake hair color, NO TATS, no piercings, no fake eyebrows, no fake lips, no potty mouth, no bad attitude, no staring at a hand held computer all day long. It was heaven. Long straight blonde hair past her thighs in a tight revealing halter top. Driving cars that shook back and forth at the stoplight. No PC BS. People knew what bathroom to use. Nowadays it's a world gone wild. Watch Aloha Bobby & Rose for a time capsule view of what it was like growing up in the mid 70s driving a bad azz car in Hollywood and Van Nuys.

My older boyfriend (by 4 yrs) in college looked a lot like John but more handsome. I was a freshman in ‘78 and he’d already been in the navy and seemed so “worldly” to me. He had a motorcycle, I’d ride with him and hold on tight. I miss dancing at the disco with him and those fun times! He could make me laugh like no other, and was so protective, almost like a big brother, a sweetheart. R.I.P. Brad🕊️🤍🤍

It is hard to imagine that the Bee Gees wrote the soundtrack for this movie in one weekend. They didn't even read the script....just knew it was about being a teenager in New York, who had a part time job at a paint store, loved dancing and wanted to win first place in a dance contest at the Night Club down the street. Hooray for the Bee Gees....phenomenal. So sad we are down to only one of them. Bless you Barry.

Shocked the heck out of me haha, he became “cool” to my 18yrs old self. He’d listen with headphones on in his home office, while I was out dancing at the disco. Way to Go/Daddy - O ! ! ✌️❤️❤️

what more one can say about this classic!! Girl, I've known you very well I've seen you growing every day I never really looked before But now you take my breath away Suddenly you're in my life A part of everything I do You got me workin' day and night Just tryin' to keep a hold on you Here in your arms I found my paradise My only chance for happiness And if I lose you now, I think I would die Say you'll always be my baby we can make it shine We can take forever just a minute at a time More than a woman More than a woman to me More than a woman More than a woman to me There are stories old and true Of people so in love like you and me And I can see myself Let history repeat itself Reflecting how I feel for you And thinking about those people then I know that in a thousand years I'd fall in love with you again This is the only way that we should fly This is the only way to go And if I lose your love, I know I would die Oh say you'll always be my baby We can make it shine We can take forever just a minute at a time More than a woman (you are) More than a woman to me More than a woman (uh my baby) More than a woman to me More than a woman More than a woman to me (oh so much more) More than a woman (oh baby) More than a woman to me More than a woman More than a woman to me More than a woman More than a woman to me More than a woman

in the movie they won but he gave the trophy away to another couple he thought dance better than they did, but actually the best couple won because they look like they were in love, especially with the kiss at the end like nobody else was there. It's actually very romantic which explains why so many couples want to dance to this song.
