I finally got a chance to make these and they are so delicious! I love sugar cookies and nuts and citrus flavors so this is just fantastic and very easy to make. Thank you for sharing 🥰 I'm looking forward to trying more from you! (btw turquoise is my favorite color and I saw a picture of what I assume is your porch and girl I'm jealous lol )

Yes, the dough can be frozen. Add 2 minutes cooking time if baking from frozen.

While I haven't personally tested it with this recipe I've had success using Bob's Red Mill GF in other standard recipes. If you try it please let me know how it turns out!
