I’m not living here by choice but I’m stuck because I have obligations family, etc. otherwise I’d be out of here in a heartbeat. Texas would be another great location or Florida anywhere other than here believe me. The homelessness in this state is out of control. It’s sad and Newsome isn’t doing anything about it. we could go on and on..

That was way more than I could eat and it was worth the wait. Next time I will get the temp to 375 for a quicker cook. This thing gets crazy hot by adding more coals. Just learning how to cook on it.Thanks for watching!
