This one really makes you feel like you are in a sewer, the echo effect of the beat is key for achieve this. In the remastered version most of the songs felt out of place, like it didn't belong.

This is: Not only my most favorite song out of Crash 2, not ONLY my most favorite song in the Crash series, but one of my FAVORITE songs in Video games. I love this theme SO MUCH.

Fun fact: this is the first level in this game that takes place indoors (up to this point) where's all the levels before takes place outdoors. Also, this soundtrack rules.

I love that echoing metal pipe percussion. That's what made this song unique.

What the heck... This sounds better than the remastered version. This og version somehow sounds fuller, as if it's the actual remastered version.

1:22 always had me vibing soo hard

I always felt like as a kid I was cursed when the music from 1:22-1:37 came in as I somehow always ended up dying at that point

I remember playing this game at about 10 years old and realizing with a growing sense of dread that these levels were confined entirely within a closed space.

Makes me want to assemble a suit of armor out of pots and pans and raise an army of rats. Dunno why, just a feeling.

When I was 8-9 this would play in loop inside my head. The level it belongs probably was my favourite Crash 2 level.

The OG soundtracks are miles better than n sane trilogys ones

Even though the music for the original trilogy was fantastic, I personally think this was the best piece of music on the game. The layering is fantastic and the indsutrial percussion sounds just make it so addictive!

Crash bandicoot 1, 2 and 3 were legends of my childhood. Dare I say that Crash Bandicoot 2 (not 3) was my favourite? Especially these sewer levels!!

This music is beyond epic. In this gaming era, game creators actually cared about their games and went into great detail integrating characters, environmental detail, and music. Nowadays games is all about being rushed out, catching the hype and cashing in on revenue , without much attention to game quality **cough** EA **cough** The golden age of video games were genesis, snes, psx and n64. The majority of games of today cannot compare to the pieces of art during that time.

Always loved this back from as far as I can remember. Mainly because it makes you feel as if you are literally in a sewer. Naughty Dog was really good at that sort of thing (matching the stages with their soundtracks accordingly).

Interconnection: 1:38 to 1:45 Interconnection is a way to make the music repeat without having to stop. It's a cool part, and I like to identify this on CB games. This is just a way to "connect" the end and the beginning of the song!

This one comes into my head every now and then. Crash Bandicoot 2 was actually my first CB game I really got to play. It was also by demo disc too. I did have CB1 and the third eventually, but I somehow skipped the first one by the time i got to the series, but still love the second one cause it built on the first, and still so good.

I always thought the concept of this level was inside giant a submarine/sunken ship engine room as I never knew what sewers were. Really I thought the water was sea water and the eels made me think of it that way. But it was a let down knowing what sewers really were but regardless, it's still an awesome level design and the electric eels was kinda unique. Tho the level honestly don't look like sewers.

I get more nostalgia out of this then Sonic, Rayman, Pac-man and mario games. Thats saying something casue im a huge Pac-man and Rayman fan.
