It's interesting watching all these in order. It's like watching Cortex's sanity slowly slip away... I really did love this pair of villains.

While Lex Lang is my favorite Cortex, I'll admit that Clancy Brown has went above and beyond with acting Dr. Neo Cortex here. He steals the spotlight in every scene he is in.

Hi all. 1. In my opinion, Clancy Brown is the best voice for Cortex. 2. Since people are talking about Mr. Krabs from Spongebob here, and that Uka Uka and Cortex sound like Mr. Krabs sometimes in these time twister messages, I thought I’d ask this here: What if the Crash Bandicoot characters from the Naughty Dog era (both the good guys and the bad guys) got the ability to breathe underwater, made a crossover apperance in the Spongebob show and visited Bikini Bottom to visit the Spongebob characters? What would each and one of the Crash characters think about the relationship between Spongebob and Squidward? Would they want to help Squidward get rid of his annoying neighbours, or would they be like Spongebob? What would each and one of the Crash characters think about the rivalry between Mr. Krabs and Plankton? Maybe some of characters would think Plankton is just a poor bully victim and you should be nice to him so he will be happy and a nice guy, maybe some characters want to rule the world without having to share the power with Plankton.

Uka Uka looked like a floating Coat Hangar in Crash of the Titans. I wouldn't consider that to be 'awesome'.

The cartoonish art direction makes games like this age better than "super realistic" graphics which usually become outdated in just a couple of years.

i always find interesting that Cortex is voiced by the same voice actor who voices mr. krabs

It's interesting how this was achieved in 1998 (if I recall the games were 96 1, 97 2, 98 this, CTR 99 and Bash 2000) and how far PS1 technology got, despite not having the power of the N64 and the Dreamcast (was out in Japan with SA1 a bit after this was made), yet did way more with their animations, no voiced N64 game nor DC had this sync and movement levels I think in their entire life spans. Hell, FFX on PS2 got delayed because Square wanted to match lip movement with ENG voicework three years later!

Tiny was also created by Nitrus Brio, and probably even the Komodo Brothers, as they are against Crash and Cortex did not want Crash to die because if he did, he couldn't collect the crystals for Cortex. But when Crash had enough crystals (20) Cortex put N.Gin to take them from Crash and also kill him at the same time. Am I right?

The audio mixing in the N-Sane Trilogy really worked well for Uka Uka, as a matter of fact, it makes Clancy's Uka Uka seem underwhelming in comparison. Really just shows the power of good audio editing. Though, what's interesting is that the Japanese version of Crash 3 actually had similar effects applied to Uka Uka's voice as they did in the N-Sane Trilogy.
