It seems like at least half of the comments I get on these videos are just the word "how?" so I'm gonna give some more info and context for each of the mods shown here and I'll go back through my previous miscellaneous modding videos and do the same when I can. Some of these you can download already and some are just experiments with the level editor I'm working on that you'll be able to do yourself once it's released but if there's anything else here you desperately want to try then reply to this comment and I'll see what I can do when I get the chance! This is done by importing the camera from the Crash 3 motorbike levels, which automatically follows and rotates with the player, and reducing the camera distance. 00:51 Playing as WOC dragon in CTRNF Simple model swap, similar to the methods I described here: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/bth5abZ7rJeWhIU.html but using more stuff that I've learned since then. 01:03 "Skateboard" level Level editor test, made as a joke in response to Vicarious Visions remaking THPS. 01:09 Every NST boss in one level Level editor test, every boss from the whole trilogy loaded into Toad Village. I don't think it's possible to beat this level. The Coco skin is a mod I released ages ago that you can get here: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/jZxdoc96u6uXeWw.html. 01:27 Crash with Cortex head Replaced Aku Aku model with Cortex head. Only works properly with invincibility. Also had to remove half of Crash's face to prevent it clipping through. 01:33 POW crates Level editor test, repurposing self-breaking crates from The Lost City to emulate POW crates from Crash 1 prototype. 01:39 Low poly Crash Modified version of the "PS1" Crash model from the VV intro. Face is never animated but no glitchy eyes like the normal version. 01:50 Thumpin Wumpa debug area Modified jump height of Skylanders Crash to be able to go out of bounds (Skylanders Imagninators uses the same engine as the N. Sane Trilogy and CTRNF. 02:02 Tiny hologtam CTR skin Model swap, removing the guitar mesh also removed some of Tiny's body parts, there is definitely a better way to do this. 02:14 Crabs in the lab Level editor test, just spawning loads of crabs really. 02:20 Playing as N. Brio Doesn't look as good as playable Cortex but would work in more levels. Brio dancing Just an animation swap. Breaks the boss fight completely. 03:20 Playable Dingodile? No, it's just a model swap on a crab. No Crash 4 gameplay here. 03:23 Low poly Crash and lots of fire I have nothing else to add. 03:26 Modified Hyper Spaceway portal Level editor test, changing the desination of the portal to make the race impossible to finish. 03:35 Cortex vs Crash boss Playable Cortex (kzfaq.info/get/bejne/r7uYfLGoqsulgmQ.html) with the actual Cortex boss replaced with Crash. This is actually harder than the normal Cortex boss fight because the way animations work in this game means that Crash attacks faster. 04:11 Ripper Roo spawning N. Tropy Level editor test. In the Crash 2 Ripper Roo boss fight you can change the object that spawns each time he lands, same as what I did here: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/esxgZJZy28XTYas.html. But you missed 0 boxes Level editor test, I think this is what happens if you just delete all crates from a Crash 1 level, this is probably a softlock. 04:54 Rail grinding Level editor test, recreating Crash 4 style rail grinding. This is Polar gameplay, with Polar made invisible, Crash's animations modified, and invisible walls used to prevent sideways movement. 05:00 Playable Ripper Roo Doesn't work at all but I thought it was funny. 05:06 Hot Coco Experimenting with material swapping, something I want to include in the level editor. 05:12 Arctic Antics hidden crates The 4 secret crates in my Arctic Antics remake (kzfaq.info/get/bejne/d9eEZpiQst7Jmqc.html) that I mentioned here: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/d7Cjq5xmx7Scc4k.html but I don't think anyone ever found...
