It's pretty hard for people to play it as comedic without getting whiny SJWs shouting "Violence towards women!". That's usually why if it is for comedy, it'll be female vs. female, and even then, it's nowhere near as common as male slapstick. Sucks, but makes examples like this stand out all the more, though.

I can't judge the gameplay (though as I'm a fan of Legend of Spyro, the shift to combat wouldn't be as big a deal for me), but IMO Titans and MoM got screwed over by how they utterly ruined the characterization.
