I think this is pretty cool, especially because it's being announced after the main Crash game was revealed. Something like this could even win over some kids, convince them to love the character and buy one of the console releases.

I feel like with the improved hardware of cell phones nowadays, we deserve more than just runners. I mean Apple Arcade offers actual indie titles that show up on Switch, and PS4.

Yeah, but the problem is people don't really want complex titles on phones. They want something simple, something to use in one hand, something that should use vertical mode. Games like endless runners, turn based tactics, AR, clickers/tappers, match-3, etc, all fall in that bracket. Games did try to be more on mobile, they flopped. Not just because the audience wasn't their, but also because it's too hard to keep updating complex games to run on new Android/IOS updates, while keeping old devices working properly, and supporting new ones. It can be an absolute nightmare, and several companies did try (and fail) early on.

Madness1 The ability to play mobile games with PS4/Xbox controllers kind of makes the people don’t want complex game invalid to some degree. Also considering Xcloud able to play Xbox games on mobile. Runners, and these cheap shovelware games on mobile shouldn’t be welcomed as the overwhelming majority. Phones are a lot capable then they were 10 years ago.

Well you do get more than just runners in this game isn’t just a runner and it’s not an endless runner at all. So I guess you got what you think you deserve. And you don’t deserve anything for free based on the hardware capabilities of a phone. Of course someone who would say they deserve something would also start with I feel. It’s not an endless runner. But that being said temple run was actually inspired by the running levels where crash rides in animal and you can’t control the speed or at least start to speed. Fun fact

Welp, this was announced to be shutting down in February. What a shame, this game had great potential this year but only around 2 years after launch it's done, with only 7 months of content, didn't even make it a whole year :(

Este juego era de mis favoritos hasta que llego la actualizacion donde ya no estaba el lobby de la isla,tenia bonitos diseños,jugabilidad buenarda,buenos soundtracks y lo mejor de todo que era divertido jugarlo con amigos,pude aprovechar este juego al maximo 😢
