Fun fact: this was the first level to be made for this game! The story was that this tribe of monkeys was to capture Coco and Crash had to get her back.

Also there was supposed to be like a sort of mini boss against a gorilla who was like the king of the tribe. You can actually see a carving of the gorilla king's face on the wall in the cave section of the level

Bull Shit Man the 2nd True, I would love to play the beta version though. A longer more wide open level, and there's a mini boss where you save Coco from a tribe leader.

You can see the near-end of the level from the start, and the near-start of the level from the end. I have been playing this game for over 8 years, and I just noticed that yesterday. It fucking blew my mind to pieces...

Well like I said, I think it may have been partly because they wanted variety. I'm not gonna lie, I'm kinda glad the underwater levels aren't all in a row, but the others don't make sense

@@BlazingFirestorm14 Tornado Alley had you flying over a farmland, which considering it grows crops has to do with Earth. The tsunami in, well, Tsunami, was caused by volcanic activity, which shows that the levels aren't simply in the worlds because they bear the element of that world. They also have things RELATED to the element. You're in the ocean in Coral Canyon, and you can't really breathe underwater sooooo.....that counts?

alot of ppl had trouble finding the Red gem.. to get it you need to reach the Death Route platform without dying which is located on the ball track where the ball rolls down and you have to avoid them it's on the end of the 1st track you go on

I remember this on time trial mode, I actually enjoyed doing it, there was so many possible shortcuts you could take! I remember the moving rock platforms in the lava stream, you can like, jump on one and do a slide-double-jump thing and a nice long tornado spin glide down... 8D

@JoeBro946 If you still haven't, go to where the rock rolls down the slopes and go all the way to the bottom. Go all the way to the bottom left and you'll find either an outline or the actual solid thing.

The Boss you're on about is in a level called Crashes to Ashes. In the 3rd warp room. This level is in the 5th warp room.

You can still get this game for Xbox, my old copy on PS2 broke and so did my PS2, if only the other crash games were on Xbox but at least I am able to play TWOC.

The island you're running around on in this level is the first island from the first crash game, it was a volcano in the middle not just a mountain.

also if it was the mountain, how come you are at the EDGE of the volcano at the beginning? you 'start' at n sanity beach, then go all the way up. that isn't true. also, the island is no way that small.

@@hitrapperandartistdababy The opening scene of this game when we see Crash, Coco, Aku Aku and Pura at the beach right before the giant wave hit them a volcano is seen erupting on the island. They live on N.Sanity Island so that must be N.Sanity beach or another beach of N.Sanity Island they were on. N.Sanity Island might have an extinct volcano that's deep in the middle of the mountain that hasn't erupted in years but Py-Ro used his powers to make it erupt again. However I think the island in this level is a completely different island.
