Drive-Thru danger is the latest track to be introduced into Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fuelled with the new Gasmoxia Grand Prix. High above the planet a food war wages, in this video I'll be guiding you through all of the shorts on this new track as well as how to maintain blue flames and how best to beat Oxides and Emperor Velo's new time trial ghosts.

So what do you think of the brand new track Drive-Thru Danger and have you managed to beat N. Tropy, Oxide or even Emperor Velo's Time Trial Ghost on it yet?

in 1and a half hours in left with cnk and bonus tracks to beat all vElo not vEElo times. went from top to bottom. and ofc new track was done too after as you said i got used to it. it is really skillfull i like everything about it except only 1 blue flame area and its really narrow so its going to be a nightmare for items like tnt and beakers

This is the best track Grand Prix's brought... Also, the new Spacecup is kinda like a masterclass cup.

I've beat all the oxide's times and now that there's an incentive to do the time trials again I want to see how much I've improved, all the oxide runs I've done are uploaded to my channel in fact so I can't wait to do the same with Emperor Velo XXVI's time's.

It was a relief to me when I saw the Time Trials and Velo is mostly 1 or 2 seconds ahead of me, and I have him beat in several tracks, but I was having real troubles with this one because of that first jump I didn't knew, last one I saw it done in Online and that helped me get the Oxide Decal. Gonna try tomorrow to take advantage of the X2 bonus in case of falure, but I'm confident in my abilities against Velo, the real deal will be after this with DeveloperTimes. Best part was the message in the datamine about it simply titled "git gud".

I really do love this track. I found myself cutting corners before going against Oxide's ghost subconsciously and only then after Velo's ghost I found the other cut. My fingers would never forgive me for trying to U-turn so much but I really like this track; and it showcases how far players gone in the course of this game. Surprised to see that Velo is Acceleration class. Huh.

I found the burger path to be the better one, it has more boost-pads, of which you'll hit all of them (4). While the pizza path on the other hand only has 3, of which you're most likely to only hit 2 of, seeing as one of them is on the inside of the first spiral going upwards (It would strike me to be very difficult to maintain reserves if you went for that boost-pad as well 🤔 Thoughts? (What do people actually use?) My time: 1:54

Very helpful guide, thx :3 ! Ps. is it just me or the amount of wumpa coins that you get has been re-adjusted ? I couldn't find any info on it in the activision blog post or anywhere else, yet i've been playing yesterday, without the double weekend buff and f.e. Electron Avenue gave me 140 coins, while Roo's Tubes gave me 57, so I am confusion xD. I mean I'm not complaning, but I am not sure if it's a bug or an intended change xD

Yeah, I think they rebuff the Wumpa Coin payouts again for all the CTR, CNK and Bonus tracks.

If you're on ps4 you can change the buttom inputs in the accessibility menu. This is a alternative way to master U-turning without the need to use d-pad.

How to maintain blue flames: you don't. Okay, joking aside, nice guide but damn, I cant control myself in it at all, I'm always at the wrong places at the wrong times. Btw, Instead of ignoring that tight blue tunnel shortcut or risking trough it, is it possible to just jump left and turn 180º mid air to land in front of the next ramp?

I'm exactly the same :( got all the story mode 100%. Unlocked all the characters and karts including the champion kart .. but can I do tropy!?!? Nope.. then theres oxide.. dream on... now there's velo... I'm dead... developers times!?!? 😑😑😑
