In fact since the battle progresses as the racers progress through the track, going back and forth between the two restaurants, it's almost like they're fighting over you, the customers

I'm actually happy that this is the last Grand Prix because that makes the total of tracks a multiple of 4 (if you count Retro Stadium) Which makes it perfect for custom tourneys

Finally a track for turn-based driving style ? There are so many shortcuts, I don't even remember half of them! Let's hope they'll release characters from Twinsanity in the future, and finally a skin for Geary... fingers crossed!

We still need at least one more track so they can make a cup for Turbo Track, Megamix Mania, and Drive-thru Danger. There the only tracks that still don't have a cup yet.

2:24 i hate when the AI do that especially on hard where we are all going fast and somehow i land on top of their head which kills my speed.

The part where you choose either toxic burger or nuclear pizza reminds me of that mechanic in Wangan Midnight, which is an arcade racing game, in which whoever is taking the first place will choose which route to take in the track. Man, imagine a ctr track that keeps changing depending on which route the first place racer chose.

This track is gonna be insane online and in time trial's, I guess we have to accept Velo's challenge. Also love the A Bug's Life reference CGE.

Excerpt from blog: PLUS, Players can unlock two additional Champion Decals this season - - one for beating all of Nitros Oxide’s times in the Time Trials and one for beating all of Emperor Velo’s times in the time trials. I just hope these decals aren't limited to this Grand Prix and can be done at anytime like King Chicken & his 5 Golden eggs.

When i first saw the reveal trailer, my eyes started to bring me tears of joy, remembering to me the good times i passed with Crash Nitro Kart and how difficult was to unlock Velo, alongside beating his times in Time Trial

Looks really good especially Emperor Velos look, not a big fan of his voice though.

It's also worth pointing out that Tawna's look here is fairly reminiscent of Captain Harlock, a famous manga/anime space pirate. That being said, N. Brio's first legendary skin is absolutely worth the wait.

I thought Liz's scouter was more like Fox's. Starfox and this GP are both space related so I mean, makes more sense than DBZ. Glad to see best girl getting best skin again. :]

I'm not a huge fan of the customization with a character but I absolutely love this new world especially that little touch at the beginning where it says welcome to toxic Burger too funny I think they nailed it out of the park with this one to be honest

So the shortcut that spyro took is only available when your on the orange pads, it looks like certain shortcuts can only be use if the right colour turbo pad is active

@7:40 the locations or positions of the speed boots did not change, and were not swapped. When the player in 1st goes through the Pizza or Burger, their appointed speed boosts will be enabled, while the other is turned off.

This track is gonna be awesome! Learning how to blue fire the entire race looks like a challenge, but that gonna be part of the fun!

RIP my fingers. U-trun all the time is the only way to stay on the track. And I bet there's some kind of lapskip on this. Also, that space pod kinda reminds of the vehicles of the racing minigame in Crash Bash.

I don't care how oxide pronounces it, it's VEELOW because thats how Velo himself pronounces it when he introduces himself in CNK.

although this grandprix is awesome... they kinda overhyped it, since at the end of the day , i wouldnt call it going out with a bang if you dont give any skins to people who deserved it ( my robot homie ) and just 1 new character that was very predictable. it would've been hype if they added more characters in this ( i know there is more characters on the way but still ) or added the story mode of nitro karts. i am still pleased though , just think it's not really much of a bang to end on. fantastic track though!
