This race is actual hell, you basically have to get N Tropy's time just to unlock his ghost, then do it all over again. Save me from this suffering, it's the only N Tropy ghost I have left to beat

Is it just me, or is this N. Tropy ghost WAAAAY harder than the others? I've beaten every other Tropy ghost, some on my first try, but I can't even UNLOCK this one!

I actually ended up beating both tropys and oxides time whilst unlocking the tropys ghost. Why doesnt the game recognise that you actually beat both their times? I got a time of 3.26.44 and oxide is 3.27.67. Instead of beating them again, is there a way of making the game realise youve actually beat them!?!

I was becoming insane for this one, then I beated it with n.gin dressed as a drag queen.

This track is giving me blisters and I still haven't even unlocked Tropy's ghost!!

After two hours of just trying to unlock Tropy's ghost i got time of 03:28! Why the hell do i need to play again if i have better time than Tropy? This is hell, they really need to fix this 😭😭😭

Ok, i found out the "secret" of this track. I just did a 3:26 time with TINY but i missed it for a lap or two. Basically before the jump into space you need to build Blue Fire by jumping as high as possible, then again jumping as high as you can on the space leap, then landing in a drift state so that you take the ramp as fast as possible. Again, after this last jump into the donut-shaped section of the track, land in a drift state so to get even more speed. I'm not sure if this last step is required but your kart should be Blue Fire'd by then and you'll go insanely fast for a good amount of time. Good luck.

fFs I can't even unlock N. Tropy ghost. EDIT: I scrapped Oxide's time by 2 seconds with Crash 🌚 While racing against N. Tropy so It didn't count

God I hate this track so much

The track is difficult but not impossible. The secret is keeping the blue fire for as long as you can. The same goes for Tiny Temple as istance. I struggled too with this and i managed after many trials. I suggest you using characters like oxide, pinstripe, n gin, coco ecc.

And now I’ve actually beaten N Tropy, finally, took ages, but finally did it, here’s hoping the 2 special tracks and the rest from Nitro Kart along with the bonus track are easier to do.

I'll share my experience with you guys: choose the class speed and don't try to nail every corner of the track cause that way you're gonna mess up really hard. Don't bother trying to get all the turbo track and instead focus on perfect power sliding + drifting turbo. It's the last part of the tract that you should be most concearned with, starting before the jump through space.

Finally beat N Tropy and believe me it takes countless trials 😭 just maintain your blue fire until you reach turn area right before the finish line, sure you can do it! I used Tiny by the way.

Guys I would totally recommend using an acceleration character on this track. Better turn and far more forgiving if you need to slow down on your turns. Plus the blue flame will make up for any speed you might lack

This was sooo annoying. I had to switch to ripper roo and TIED tropy’s time just to unlock him, though i beat him first try once i got him. Just master the USF part and you’ll be fine.

Am I missing something I have beaten oxide and trophy’s time trial on various course and this is the only course where it won’t display trophy after I set a record beyond the default character leaderboards.

This track is the death of me in this version. Can’t even unlock n trophy’s ghost in time trial and can’t beat oxide for the second time on adventure

So hit boosts while convenient but rely more on power slides. Slide off of jumps when you can. Avoid running into walls. Anything else I’m missing?

I got a 3:21:07. If you momentum hop through the tricky tight turn section in the first half of the track, you can hold boost almost all the way through that section. Pairing that with holding the nitro boost as long as you can, you shouldn't have any issues other than controlling your kart around corners! o/

Took me goddamn forever just to unlock N Tropy to race against in the first place, finally did it with a time of 3:28:37, did it with Pinstripe

Played this stage almost a hundred times before I finally defeated N.Tropy... oxide is next for me

3:24:43 using turning character (Liz) Balanced may work well too, but it makes holding the USF after the outer space jump so much easier

Idk why, but I struggled a lot just to unlock Tropy, yet I started doing the oxide one and somehow got it in my 5th try. Dragon mines is a different story tho...

So that's what I'm doing wrong! I'm here struggling to unlock N.Tropy's Ghost using Nash (BECAUSE HE'S A FREAKING SHARK WITH A FREAKING LASER BEAM ATTACHED TO HIS FREAKING HEAD). But seriously, I'm using him because I thought his stats were rounded out enough to account for all of the wiggly sections without sacrificing too much speed, but clearly, speed is the most important factor, and I'm just gonna have to master those turns with my boi Dingodile.

I needed exactly one try to beat N Tropy on this race track. Yes, I needed at least 30 tries to even unlock his ghost. I'm so happy this is over. Good luck to everyone else who is still trying.

Idk about you guys, but this and cortex castle is just pure torture...

In the old game there was a bug where you could jump of the track to the track that is underneath. Basically skip almost 50% of the track. Is this still possible?

All you need is 1 of your 3 laps to get a big USF boost right through the end corners; if the rest of your laps are tidy and decent it will be enough.

The secret to this is doing a fuck ton of bouncing after the big jump where you go into space.

I feel like i don't see this being implemented in people who are really good races. Instead of bouncing over and over, just hold square while in the air after a jump, it'll will do this almost auto drive thing and you can make any 180 turn without loosing any speed if done correctly. Just thought id throw that out there if anyone did not know this. After I figured it out it helped immensely.

I tried this with a turn style, acceleration turned out to he the sweet spot. I'm still 10 seconds off. It's the last track to do so I'll just keep learning it.

For those that are struggling to unlock and beat N Tropy use Pinstripe I tried using the Penguin, Polar and Crash but could only get 3:36-3:37 First time I used pinstripe I got a 3:31 which unlocked N Tropy and beat him first go. Goal is to carry a load of speed into the first chicane , don’t slide at all during the middle of the chicane then start drifting for your turbo as soon as you exit the chicane. Next goal is to carry as much speed as you can into the space jump then once taken it carry as much speed as you can for as long as you can. Do it right and you will still be on full boost after taking that very long left hand corner on the top of the hill with the 3 boost pads which will gain you a bunch of time. Took me a hour to do it but very satisfying once I got it completed.

I have a bug in cortex castle and oxide station that i beated the first Time trial position in those maps, and the game doesn't unlocked the N.Trophy ghost data. Wtf with that.

I think I’m the only one who actually loves the brutal difficulty of this time trial. Hardest track? Check. This one took me probably 3 hours nonstop over and over again just to unlock Tropy. Then another 10 tries or so to beat him. 3:25:97 is as good as I can do. Haha

can we just get an update to the game to say you only need to beat 10 of the tracks time trials to unlock n tropy, clearly since we get many more tracks added, and tracks like Oxide Station are clearly impossible to do, n tropy is just not worth it, but he is just gonna be sitting there laughing that you cant beat him, heck as far as i know, the game can crash and delete adventure mode/single player not pit stop related content by having more time trials beaten, 10 seems to be a good quick amount to get n tropy
