If this game doesn't sell bonkers, DON'T take it as a sign that interest in the franchise isn't there, Activision. Because that isn't true. The majority of people simply want and prefer traditional platforming Crash. I, for one, will be playing Team Rumble. But I'll always gravitate to traditional Crash.

The views garnered for the first trailer compared to Crash 4 pales in comparison. I can imagine head office thinking the franchise is dead just because of it. Hopefully not. For me personally, I lost interest by Crash 4. CTR NF was it for me.

Harder these days for me because a PS3 is put away so often. But I played that until late 2014 continuously. I’m still sad this isn’t that but bigger and more full fleshed. But I hope this game succeeds in what it wants to do.

It's a new concept. It's innovative. I don't know how long it will last, but it is PVP and cross-platform. So hopefully it lasts a while. Why trash a game if you don't even know how it plays or how fun it may or may not be? The developers seem to enjoy Crash and Spyro. It's Toys for Bob. They have a great track record for their games. Let's give it a chance. Being a new concept, it may flop. But that's the risk you take by being innovative. That's why we keep getting shit that's all the same. We need new, fresh ideas!

As someone who grew up with Crash, I feel like this game is missing something. I don't know what it is but I will be playing the beta. Only thing I am worried about is if this game is going to have a good reason to keep coming back to it. The concept is ok, but if it isn't fun then I sadly don't expect this game to last long. Note: If we are earning currency to buy cosmetics and such in a shop, follow the CTRNF model, where we can earn it and buy what we can find.

It looks like it's going to flop, I'm getting disappointed in how the franchise had everything to work out again, but people with money to develop a game ruin it with just a touch. Many fans want remakes of Wrath of Cortex and Twinsanity, new games, CTR Nitro-Fueled for PC, and what is the answer for us Crash fans? Crash Team Rumble which was supposed to be the multiplayer mode of Crash 4 will be paid full price for a new game, and it's not even coming out for PC. Congratulations Activision, if the franchise dies once again, it will be your fault. I love Crash Bandicoot, but this game is already showing a lack of respect to the community that loves the orange marsupial.

That's what I want most of all. But I think we're getting it. There are plenty of signs it's coming, but I think it's much harder to design worlds for an open-world game like Spyro. It was probably much easier to create a linear experience like Crash. And then with COVID, I think development on Spyro 4 got stunted. But I do think we'll see it in 2024 based on clues. Follow CGE for more info on it. :)

Some people say this game looks good. Some people say this game looks bad. Some people say we can't judge the quality yet, wait for the game to be released. But everyone is expecting this game to flop and the servers to close, or even get sabotaged by Activision, I never saw one single person saying this game is going to be a success.

So far this looks like a Mini Game that Could have been part of Crash Bandicoot 4. Even Crash Bash which came out in 2000 looks like it has more Content. Lets see how it turns out when released but it does not look promising.

Why do I get the feeling this game is gonna feel very boring and stale quickly? The trailer makes it look like you are doing the same type of thing over and over and over again in a relatively small open area with the only exception being the red touch pads. It is like they have taken the battle mode from Crash Team Racing and also know that a lot of people want Crash Bash to be remade and thought "I know, why don't we do something that combines the both of them together!" and most people are just thinking "Ughhh, why don't you just remake Crash Bash instead!?"

This game needs P2P servers. This looks like another live service, no single-player, no local multiplayer, just online multiplayer, if servers are closed, the game no longer exists. Many live services are now dead, and this may be another one for the graveyard, even if this game is good and achieves success at launch, players don't have infinite time, they want other games, relying on players constantly playing and buying stuff in the game is a terrible business model, the service bubble already has burst.

No, unfortunately. It's $30 for the base version, but $40 for a deluxe version, which comes with the two battle passes.

I haven't bought or played a single crash game since the OG Crash bandicoot games on ps1.. Crash Bash is the best one i wish they would remaster that instead of keep making these i could literally play that all day and would now if i found it

This is gonna flop so hard and I hate that. I want to be wrong, I love 3D platformers so much, but this doesn't look like something with long-term appeal. Fortnite's still alive because it changes things up constantly, but this middle-shelf type game probably won't get the updates and removals it so desperately needs to never become something that can be solved.

I'm sad to see Crash come back just to die again for who knows what number we're on. We had the recipe with the trilogy and somehow ended up here. I'm happy to be wrong but this game seems dead on arrival honestly. Who is this for?

@KaittyZX What I mean is the original version from the first game. Now if they have different skins for you to choose from then that would be great. Also, they should add skins from the first games like Nintendo did by adding the N64 skin for Mario.
