Күн бұрынCRASHED! Got hit by a bus followed by some Road Rage. Here's another insane Indian Daily Observations video showing an accident with the bad drivers of Mumbai, India. This kind biker got thrown off from his bike after being hit by a bus and crashed into my bike damaging my license plate and my turn indicator.
Thankfully no one was hurt in the accident.

@@ganeshtetakala a tata sumo driver once came in the wrong land and hitted our car in a uphill road he started to fight with my father but he didn't know that my uncle had connections with the sho of the same bus stand he had to head to he fleed but later on the police uncle gave him ladoos

Just to be clear, the bus was clearly not at fault, that Activa rider braked suddenly and that caused everything.

Hi Anurag, here's a small story related to this chaos : 1.5 year ago, almost same thing happened with my father driving a car, a random car braked suddenly on a Highway, my father immediately squeezed breaks, and then right after the braking, he escalated the car, so that the vehicle behind our car does not strike. He is such an excellent driver. Touchwood:) Huge Fan of yours :) ❤️

That bus was going straight btw, that activa guy slowed down and you cant just stop in the middle of a busy traffic, if you break the flow, you get hit, thumb rule of traffic, dont break the flow all of a sudden without signalling

@@SpectraMoyai according to indian laws, in fact anywhere in the world, it is the fault of the guy who has hit the person from behind not the one who braked suddenly. no matter how how small the distance or time u get to react. u r at fault. it was the fault of youtuber and further it was partially his and bike wala (bus wala) fault. because he stoppped the traffic flow and the bike wala didnt maintain enough distance

The one who caused rear vehicle to end up hitting you should be liable ( unless good reason) that's why Brakecheking in middle of road or highway is illegal in U.S and if any damages or chain accident caused by sudden brake then liable of all damages and cause would be front vehicle...

4 years ago, the same incident happened with me except that I was directly hit by the bus from behind. Thankfully, in my case the driver got scared, pulled over to the side immediately and sincerely apologised. Also nothing serious happened to me or my bike. So I let him go.
