This my be one of my favourite playtroughs of this game omg, you play so good, you read the blueprints, the databank data, and you always use your brain😂, unlike other blind players

For anyone seeking a good blind Subnautica playthrough, this is top notch. It's got all the major scenes, minimal fast-forwarding and skipping, all the lore and narration and lots of great enthusiasm. He's one of the sharpest players I've seen on a first-go, remembering niche details and clues and using them to guide exploration. Very good stuff.

What an interesting experience, watching someone play this for the first time. I must say, I love how observant and smart you play through this. Observation and resourcefulness work wonders in this game, which I love considering the story.

I beat Subnautica without using the bladder fish eating trick, I would use an air bladder. You just made my brain expand.

You get a like just for reading the survival list. Not many do. And the accent. Love the accent.

Awesome start to a playthrough! Really enjoying your combination of great logic/observational skills (never seen anybody immediately recognize how useful a grav trap would be as a fish farm, and it usually takes ages for players to realize that cave sulphur is in crashfish plants) and lack of self-preservation instincts (immediately approaching big unknown creatures with a curious “hello!” Never seen anyone die to a gasopod so quickly either, lol). Hope you have a good time exploring the depths!

Gotta echo the other commentors. You played smart from the get-go, paid attention to your surroundings and read/listened to important information. A much better start than many other "let's play" people. This will be quite a journey.

OMG, what is going on? Another new blind playthrough? Great! Looking forward to it! :) I am another one of those people whose favorite game is Subnautica. And since I can't experience it for the first time anymore I am always looking for people doing just this. Unfortunately most people play it like an action game. So it is very nice to see that the first thing you did was read. :)

i must say i'm highly impressed , unlike other videos you actually read and retain the information. then use scientific methods to determine best course of action.. keep it up 👍

There are 2 ways of picking things up, A button and L2 button or any button that is equivalent too the PSN's L2 button. The L2 method makes everything easier when it comes to chasing down a fish and catching them. Otherwise you need like 3 hands just to catch fish in this game.

When you die you can loose some collected stuff. You'll never loose any tools. The game also does not have a despawn which means the stuff you lost can be reclaimed at the spot where you died. You swim faster if your hands are empty btw (with the exception of the seaglide of course). PS: To call yourself a true Subnautica player you have to build at least 3 large bases in different locations ;-)
