this character is the highest tier non boss character for speed and slowing down the other racers thanks to the cloud. it's kind of insane that they didn't balance him more.

Yeah one of the tallest cars too. You don't actually need the Witch all the time the other abilites do just as well.

@@CrashFan93 the witch is only really specifically helpful when facing the dastardly bosses because otherwise it would be impossible, because for the coupe to do it's work it allready has to be ahead, kind of like dastardly with his increased speed and GLUE SPAM

@@CrashFan93 i'm pretty certain we can relate. it's the wacky races equivelant of the Scorch Shot. it reaches way far, it does too much damage to your run it's too frequent and it can go die in a hole.
