@cravingsandclaories for the last hack I would suggest - roll and make small parantha's with some salt, red chilli powder and ghee, then on the top side apply water with a silicon brush properly (make sure that it is properly coated with water). Heat an iron pan on high flame, when the tava turns hot place the parantha with the water side on top of the tava and as soon as small bubbles start coming flip the tawa and heat the parantha well on the medium flame. Once its cooked top it with some ghee and you are good to go ! I would suggest you try it once more as it tastes delicious. I have made it a lot of times so would suggest you to definately go for it once more. Note- The parantha will slip only if the tava on which you have the placed is either not hot or if the parantha was not coated well with the water. I am sure you would love it, do give it a try @cravingscaloriesandmore
