I view fishing trips in a couple different ways.. Most days I wake up, with my hopes set high, and try something challenging with a high reward. Sometimes after being 8 hours in to such endeavors plans change. It gets to the point I'll take whatever I can get. Catching something is always better than catching nothing. PAAA POWWW!!!

Just finished eating some catfish & crappie I caught in central Nebraska over the weekend. I remember seeing that hole I think. Might be mistaken but I think you took boobers there. Also, I lost a 8-10lb kitty from worn out braided line. My line just slipped at the knot after I got the fish out of the stump. Taking the "old" line off helped.

Hey, Josh. It's ok to catch bluegill. It's FINE! In my home state they are a game fish. Limit is 50, but still game fish. Learn to appreciate the 9" you have.

So I will admit to it, 20yr saltwater charter captain and also admitted BOBBER fanatic. Most of my cohorts go on elaborate vacations around the globe during off time but me??
