Hi guy's Good job on snagging the cray's Well done Jane hiphip hooray. Back in South Australia we cook the crayfish same way with the garlic n herb salt then cut into little pieces and then over gas or coals ,butter outside of bread add cray n nice tasty cheese put in jaffle iron toastie cook n pigout so yummy, can always use electric toastie machine as well Try n enjoy 😀
