Hey If you are here in 2090, I was here in 2022. Crayon was a young brilliant artist signed into Don Jazzy's MAVINS RECORD . He was one of the finest young artists of his generation . In 2022,Nigerian music was at it peak and it was internationally loved . It was a pride for us Nigerians to see our music do good all over the world . Hope the world is a better place in 2090? Stay safe and be a good human .

Can you guys hear that? The beat I mean: Afrohouse, it's slowly taking over. Niniola pioneered this for sooo long but it never gained traction, Asake changed that in 2022. I'm loving where Nigerian music is headed to!!!

I said it when I used to comeback from SA and give the DJ some of Mafikizolo, DJ Tira, Big Nuz and others songs to play and they'll be like why do I even like this type of music And IL be like you guys can't understand it now but when it's time, it'll be what you guys would love to listen to....And fast forward to 8 years , Ampiano is now a sound that almost every artist in Naija now uses in their music lol. It took time but it's now there 💯

Actually Niniola doesn't describe her music as amapiano. She calls it afrohouse to her, she describes it as a mixture of afrobeats and house music. I mean if you go back to her 1st song ibadi You would understand why she doesn’t call it amapiano especially considering that her old original songs doesn't have any log drums.

There's only a little blend of some amapiano but it is Fully Afrobeats.👏

Pioneered what? Do you have an idea that it's the producer of a certain song that designs how it sounds.Same producer that produced maradona produced this song too.If you want to speak of the pioneer his name is Sarz(The producer)

As a Kenyan there’s no question that Naija are running the music industry in Africa and representing us well on the international stage but those SA beats and vibes are present in the recent songs.

Nigerians will go into the darkest depths of hell (figuratively) and come back with joy, happiness, and a viral chorus or dance step 🤗😍 What I mean is, there's a lot of suffering in Nigeria. Yet, they're some of the happiest people on earth.
