Some boxing combos with a couple of random kicks. Nothing special. I am out of shape but plan on losing 30lbs. Please share any tips to better myself. Enjoy!

Thats just how Bob is. He gives you that urge to blast him right in the face whenever or wherever without even having to say that much. Shit...the dude has no legs and still manages to step on peoples toes. A really difficult character, that Bob.

+sean camwikson yeah the balance takes more time to appear so you end up with a opening every time you step.
@monksdfc6 жыл бұрын
His feet spacing still needs work and when stepping to the left it's left foot first. If you step with the back foot he is more off balanced and easier for opponents to attack. But speed and power look ok.

Not at all what I expected. Really surprising power, hand speed and technique. You're relaxed, throw from different angles. People will always criticize but you are throwing some serious leather. Nice work. If you lose 30 pounds you'll be a terror.
@hassanbenhammou21566 жыл бұрын
Bongo Charm yeah awesome technique
@joemomma76 жыл бұрын
Bongo Charm all good and everything but still needs to tuck his chin while he goes in swinging both arms, slip then back out. Even if they don't swing while you slip it still helps better than to do it the not to when you needed to. It will also open up other things rather than to back out and just throw your hand up, which will get figured out very quickly and timed easily. Might just be a bob, but still need to work them feints. His head moment footwork especially for the size fella he is with the footwork all that's good to go. pretty quick hands, knows how to turn that shoulder over. The next time just wait till the bell rings before you quit. Only kidding just had to rub it in, great video
@FirebrickFoxx6 жыл бұрын
Bro, The smooth movements of your legwork is nothing short of remarkable. You're a natural. This video should be a standard for anybody wanting to learn proper legwork and technique of combo punches. Tucked chin, head weeve, variable combo face/body shots, dominant heel always raised, feet always in movement. Consistent Stick and move. This is just a perfect model for a complete boxing workout.

Your kicks are deadly. And I think you are definitely a heavy hitter. There's enough hip movement to your left hook to the body. The only thing I'd say is to keep your elbow straighter when delivering the left hook to the head. Lookin' good tho!

Good video,you obviously couldn't kick the bob bag full power as it would fall over and you looked like you were holding back,i think they should make better Bob bag for strong heaver kickers and punchers.
@Mirandorl7 жыл бұрын
They do a version where Bob is wearing shorts :D But yeah all those free standing bags are wobbly, cant hit them like you can a hanging bag
@rosie811honey7 жыл бұрын
Wireline A male friend of mine put a weighted,sand sack filled exercise jacket on his Bob bag and he can hit it as hard as he likes and it stats up and the sand bags make the body part harder work to hit as it absorbs a lot of shock force.The exercise jacket weighs about 15 kilos and really helps hold the Bob bag down and reduces wobbling and falling over drastically.

i beg to differ. maybe he is from fighting not sporting tradition, sure in Marquis de Queensberry you may have your traditions, but in military style fighting you want t maintain tactile contact with he environment/earth , not to menton the contact looking around to check your ass, as opposed to the MMA focus straight at one opponent luxury. 0:31 I know it looks cool but don't drag your feet when you looking for angles it slows you down the quickness of you setting up angle changes to disorientate your opponent and it makes you very predictable have you done sparring with actual people? because I think you might have noticed a pattern whenever you do this you get punished because they know what's coming

I think you look good man. A lot of fluidity in your combos-relaxed and breathing well- great work on going to the body- keeping your chin down.
