I agree with you completely but with suicide, there is only so much a bunch of random people on the internet can do (and some kind messages can come off as pity or condescension. Man, I still miss Etika to this day. I pretty much grew up alongside his videos. I watched his lives on the few days before he took his life and it just hurt to see someone I look at as an inspiration be treated like such.

I want to clarify, what makes it difficult is a mix of disillusionment I didn't know I had and a bit of disappointment on how no one managed to salvage this situation. Not that they are obliged to, of course, just that as a community internal support should have been available. Mind you, this wasn't the first Niji drama I am aware of, but what separates this is that I can't help but feel that the whole event is more grey than others, so I can't just get a quick answer and leave it at that. Roa did overreact, but I wouldn't say it's petty. More or less, Roa is freaking out over losing her job (FYI, Yes, Roa is a stingy koala, that's just how she is) , and not necessarily because she's sharing an accent with somebody else. Also, after reading the entire timeline, In my opinion, would everyone have actually listened instead of jumping into conclusions, none of this would've spiralled out of control. Meiro for example could've actually discussed the problem with Roa directly instead of hiding behind ichikara. Maybe they could even try incorporating Meiro into Roa's lore if that was such a huge problem. Too late for that now, I guess. Although I'm almost certain I don't know what the actual truth is.

I think the message here is, none of us know the truth. We pass harsh judgement based on 1 sided presented case, not thinking the purpose of why we do it, nor the consequences of "what if we are wrong about it". Basically, us outsiders who have 0 stakes in this situation, can mostly just cause harm rather than good. In any case, criticizing anyone at this stage is merely to satisfy our own justice, rather than improving and solving the situation.
