Everytime I’ve been to Assam, I’d always ask to have food from my friends house cuz of how tasty it is, Seldom I’d eat from outside and it’s kind of similar but different than my odia cuisine and I just love it. Jai aai Axom!

Am myself an Assamese and i love my cuisine so so much!!! If u're a non vegetarian, u gonna be obsessed with it. As for me, I've never had silkworms but my mother had. She said, it's very tasty. I hope our cuisine gets international recognition!! Otherwise people just know few North Indian dishes as Indian cuisine.

Odisha and Maharashtra are two unique states if we consider Cuisine,culture etc..Both states sandwiched between North India and South India..Here you will see foods of both North and South India Dosa idli,alu paratha etc..and they have their own cuisines.Game of Geography..

I'm Odia I was born in MP and my schooling was in CG. I always had dahi vada with meethi teekhi chutneys. Then I moved to Odisha n had Dahi Bara aloo dum and thought M kitne saal saal galat dahi vada khaa rha tha n it's Baara (Boarra) not vada or Bhalla

Dahi bura aaloo dum supremacy !! I would also recommend "Chawla Bura", this is a Western Odisha dish. Just love it....Seriously Odia cuisine is very underrated. Proud Odia !!!!

Bengali cuisine is varied,very sumptuous and rich in ingredients. Aaloo posto, dhoka daalna mocha ghonto ,kumro chochchori and potol dorma are vegetarian delights,each taste heavenly. Non vegetarian dishes like paturi and kosha mangsho..naam hi kafi hai.Nobody can cook fish better than Bengal.❤

I hade Dahi bara alu dum seens my childhood.when I try dahi bhalle I tell that something is messing in it .some people laugh at me but I tell that this is not complete as an odia I recommend you to try that dahi bara aludum you forgot the dahi bhalla dish completely.....
