I was a breaker dancer 10 years ago, and i can say this is like a completely new level, i cant imagine the hard work these guys put to reach this level, it requires ALOT of practice and insane strength that goes with stability.

@@matthewmyersoj6886 i know bro they re in form but what i'm trying to tell you is...that even being skinny you re able to do this stuff the key is "strengthen" it means a lot of practice of the same trick even if you never did push ups on your life you'll get better stronger by doing that

@@an0nymousc3ptorythus96 It does have a lot to do with the ability to balance for sure. It is actually easier for a smaller person because they have less weight to move. Nonetheless, it takes an insane amount of strength to be able to do some of those moves!

It's great to see the constant elevation of the true Bboy code presented today. I'm a Bboy from the 80's and constant elevation was and is the code we lived by. It most likely won’t, since the growth stunt has been proven to be a myth, at least for weight training.
