As everyone who has competed in arm-wrestling knows, standing up makes a big difference ( I saw the same clip on FB where it shows that he is seating, this one has been trimmed), that's why in official WAF championships both opponents stand up. Also at the end (between 1:15 and 1:17) for a second she lifted her elbow from the counter ( that would be an instant disqualification), and she was holding his wrist (also not allowed). She also assumed an illegal position and was pushing her forearm forward with all her body weight. The guy is stronger, just didn't know how to arm-wrestle and she basically cheated. In an WAF competition she would have been disqualified. Your elbow cannot lose contact with the surface and you cannot hold your opponent by his/her wrist...

@@sadegh6383 I don't know if arms could be broken, all I know is that in a regular arm-wrestling competition she would have been disqualified. Considering that she lifted the elbow from the counter, grabbed his wrist and pushed forward with her entire body, it is obvious that he was actually stronger.

so as someone who has competed yes standing up makes a huge difference. As for the elbow foul, in a single match (best of 1), they would just restart and for a super match (best of 5) it's 3 elbow fouls. As for holding the wrist, that's not illegal, it's super inefficient so you don't see it a lot (Devon Larratt has done it, it's called the dad move) and yes you can break your arm (spiral humerus fracture) either way both of them have terrible technique haha

Lots of vids of seemingly weaker people beating stronger opponents. But it's because of technique. Where you place your elbow, position of your body, etc. It's as much about physics as it is about strength.

Can you compare air and water for existence?. Male and female are biologically different. Lower body women are stronger, upper body males are stronger. Physically overall men are stronger, while mentallt women are stronger and more mature. Women are also better in having more stamina. So it would be appropriate to say "defend the upper class honour of artificially painted deceiving mask of supriority of male gender (society did this fearing otherwise women would reign supreme over men)

There is no shame in losing to a girl that even can't do arm wrestling properly. Also, just because she has more defined or bigger muscles doesn't necessarely makes her stronger...
