“Blight counters” will turn lands into Wastes. Remember the “Blighted _____” land cycle from Zendikar. It also fits because the artwork seems to suggest the villains are destroying nature.

My guess about that different casting cost kill spell is that it's like Terminate. it's only 2 mana but black and something else to make it just as hard to cast. non-creature subtype... Was "toy" a artifact type in the unsets where you could get the big Pink Bear? Because we know there's a Toy full of Spiders in Duskmore. New symbol, I'm thinking up in the corner, like how the werewolves had a sun and moon to let you know they were dual sided transform cards, or how the cowboy set had build you own spells with that plus symbol at the top.

For the noncreature subtype, my guesses are "Fortification" and "Mount".

"Squirrel 4 times in text" makes me think it will be something like Farewell's 'Choose 1 or More'. •Destroy target Squirrel •Gain control of target Squirrel •Target Squirrel gains a +1/+1 counter •Tap target Squirrel you control. Draw a card. Something like that where 2 affect Squirrels opponents control (harder to use) and 2 that benefit/use your Squirrels (perfect for tribal).

So for the 2013 mechanic we already know what it is due to spoilers, they are making a tweaked version of devotion. The land card we saw, Three Tree City, uses a devotion style mechanics, but it counts number of creatures of a specific type instead of number of colored mana symbol on permanents.

The Rabbit Mouse creature type is most likely a card with two different characters on it. like how kolga and yidaro is an ape turtle card. the rabbit mouse is most likely a card with Mabel and Finneas

Lands are colorless no matter what. If you mean they no longer produces color mana so yes, same as blood moon turns them to mountains and now they produces only red

I'm guessing that the newly returning noncreature subtype is going to be the land type Lair. It's never been referenced outside of the (terrible!) original cycle of 5 lands, and the name would fit creatively with the setting.

It did, in the teasers rosewater called it typal. I find tribal to be easier to understand and typal to be unwieldy so I changed it to make comprehension easier for the viewer

Just wondering something. When someone planeswalks to Bloomsburrow, they immediately change to their animal form. (1) If they would summon a creature, would that creature be changed into their animal form? If I summoned Krenko, would he be a mouse or badger since he's red? (2) If a native Bloomsburrow planeswalker planeswalks somewhere, for example Tarkir, would the Bloomsburrow planeswalker change to a non-animal? Or would it be mouse vs dragon?

I don’t think white will get unrestricted removal that would be a huge color pie break .Kindred for new type. I think the 10 card cycle that help the tribes is going to be something like changelings to help out in draft especially. Anyway good video :D

Evolve, extort, battalion, bloodrush, cipher, fuse, bestow, heroic, devotion, and monstrosity are all the keywords that were new to the game in 2013. From the fact that this is a redwall themed set, itll likely be a take on battalion, bloodrush or heroic, though i guess we cant exactly count monstrosity out (even though its the least likely reskin of the 4 to be in bloomburrow imo).

Considering the Bird precon seems to be about going wide, I think battalion is the mechanic getting reworked. Otherwise I could see monstrosity being reskinned and put onto the new giant elemental animals.

I think the only people playing it now are people who already had collections. I've tried it. It sucks for new players. The UI is obviously atrocious and if you don't have a collection you have to build one on a dying platform. It's a waste of time now of you didn't invest in it before Arena came along

You missed the NOT printed SINCE part, landfall was printed into thunder junction for example, and pretty sure was even in kamigawa ND. So that's not an option.

To be fair foils don't feel that special IRL anymore either. It's more like you want it cos it's a shiny version of a pokemon, but the foiled card stock has you like "well, i guess a lot like my cousin when he hit puberty, it'll be straight for like 3 days"

Well... "Breathe your last" from MH3 is strictly better "Murder", even better "Hero's Downfall".
