By my guess he said London because thats one place the lady would know (considering she doesn't seem the smartest) Its the capital, i mean if i was visiting America and happened to be asked where i was from i would probably just automatically answer London too. He could've said England, but at the end of the day being slightly more specific isn't worth much more thought into it. Its a bit stupid on his part so i cant really explain the reasoning he had but hey. As for the London thing, I visit quite a lot. And my courtesy isn't any better if im being completely honest its just a bit overwhelming to be around so many people who share that trait that haven't originated from good ol' farmers land in the south west. If you're suggesting him as someone who makes london like it is (which im not sure if thats what you mean) then sure i agree hes a bit forward and loud or maybe your just implying that age old thing that no one really likes tourists getting in the way

mafiahalo93 it’s not illegal to do that. Only if you use a fake mobility placard to park in handicap parking spots. Not illegal to claim your disabled and technically you don’t have to be disabled to have a mobility scooter so therefore claiming it as that is not illegal.
