I am blown away by this journal! This is MY style of jj. I sent the link to my children and asked them to get their kids to draw me pictures. Even my 2 year old granddaughter drew “Elsa!”

Don't you dare repeat this to anybody ever, but that is absolutely, hands down, THE BEST, the cutest, the most AMAZING junk journal I have ever seen. I'm pretty sure if I got something like that as a gift, I'd squeal like a baby pig with total unabashed glee. It's just AWESOME. I LOVE overly bright and colorful things like that, they are magical and anyone who can create something so bright and happy has to be a magical spirit as well. When you mention your grandkids I can hear it in your voice, you are a special person. I'm so glad this showed up , it kinda made my day a bit brighter. Thanks for sharing. I know Im for years behind here but just saw this video and am blown away! Im finishing up in a journal I've been working on for years and trying to decide what I will make next. You just decided it for me! I love the bright colors and the of page sizes and shapes abs all the fun page edges. I don't have any grandchildren so will think of another theme for my book but you're one lucky lady to have all those grand kids making you their special art! This is such a fun journal. I wish I could find more inspiration like this. Everyone does vintage or shabby junk journals, and I like them, but it’s not really my aesthetic.

I hope you still get the comments even though the video is 5 years old: I have seen MANY junk journal videos but this is certainly the most creative ever and moreover a true labor of love!!!! I have boxes full of my now grown children’s drawings that I couldn’t bear to throw away. I think I will give something like this a try (and keep it in mind for possible future grandkids artwork) though I am too much in my head when creating (any suggestions on how to prevent this?). Have you ever thought of taking it to a publisher for all kids to enjoy. I would buy one. You are a very creative artist and I just love this book of yours. foxy and the cupcake are from a video game (five nights at freddy's). he did a really good job on those, that was crazy! the mermaids and other pictures are also really good you can tell what the art is. there is def a lot of artistic talent in your family!

It’s inspired me to do similar with my grandchildren’s drawings! Also I love colour, not so keen on the vintage junk journals which most seem to be.
