I can see why people can get upset, but their vulgar language isn’t the greatest. I’m sure that they don’t know all of these laws because they were never trained. I know if they do get some type of disturbance call or any other type of call they have to go out. It is their job. They don’t have a choice. In my experience, there’s good cops and bad cops.

You have a right to refuse any cop into your home without the proper warrant. The last couple of things that you mentioned, if a cop is chasing someone and they entered a home . Then a cop can go into that home and get that person.

If the police have a warrant, they don't need you to be at the house. They don't need you to come out and talk to them. They don't need anything else, they have their warrant (arrest or search, it can make a difference) they don't need consent they can just enter. If they say they have a VALID warrant tell them to put it under the door, even if you aren't home. This chick already lied to you about cameras being an 'officer safety' issue, I wouldn't trust her if she said she was a cop, she had a gun, and the sky is blue.

This is clearly HARRASSMENT....after the first 2-3 min knowing he wasn't breaking any laws they should've left. This is a combination of ignorance, stupidity, and ego getting in the way of a citizen clearly exercising his constitutional rights. they Cleary don't understand the criteria needed to be considered. Breach of peace..it can only be breach of peace if someone in the area actually directly complains to the police that they feel uncomfortable around the person..Cops cannot initiate the breach of peace on their own.
