I mean, while I agree, most QBs wouldn't have hurt their team as much as he did early. When you have 4 ints in one half, you might as well come out slinging in the second half as well. I think the biggest difference is he stopped playing safe. Most (if not all) of his ints came from 15 yards or less. Those are generally deemed safe throws, but the Chargers were sitting on those routes. Once he said 'fk it. Ima throw deep' they had no answer. I mean it makes sense. The Jag's receiver core is pretty damn talented tbh. They might not be great route runners, but they are very athletic and great at making plays on the ball when it is in the air. They are talented in the non-traditional way

Truly a tale of 2 halves in both of today's games. Kudos to Purdy and especially to Lawrence, after throwing 4 int's in the 1st half for keeping their cool and heads together in the 2nd halves and leading their teams to victory. This was truly an epic comeback and a really good game. The Chargers have to be so disappointed for letting this one slip away after leading 27 to 0, what a tough pill to swallow, especially with it being the postseason and being out scored 24 to 3 in the 2nd half. Go Jags

@Gary Purdy was pretty nervous and showing that he is a rookie in the 1st half. During the 2nd he played better than any other game so far. He needs to come in like that next week, not wait until after the half. Any QB for the 49ers will be a game manager. But Purdy is definitely better than Jimmy G or Trey Lance atm. He knows what happened to the Bills last year in their playoff loss to the Chiefs in OT. Bills offense never got a chance since Mahomes got the ball first and scored a TD. If they miss the 2-pt conv, they know they need SD to punt and them to score a TD to win. If the 2-pt is good, they only need a FG to win. Don't take a chance in going to OT where a coin flip could cost you the game.

@@MrMinionMoney Yeah I know I'm just saying his stats are what a borderline top 10 player would put up. But yeah, you're right: JJ, Diggs, (Spelled Davante lmao) Adams, Chase, Hill, Brown, DK, Kupp, Lamb, Waddle based on this year fs, and St. Brown, that's 11 right there, but his play has been up there with some of them, so I mean saying he's borderline top 10 isn't a stretch. WR is just such a stacked position in the NFL rn. Oh I forgot about Deebo and Terry, even Dhop obviously when he plays a full year. So yeah it makes him seem average but his stats were nice.
