We had one of those resistance clubs for the on deck hitter in college baseball. You really can increase your swing speed with them.

Hello guys, It is starting to warm up here in Indiana & my course is OPEN between Greensburg & Batesville, so going 2morrow & Saturday. That training aid is also seen in the on deck circle @ a lot of MLB stadiums & college ball fields. I always thought it was for baseball & it would look really funny sticking out the top of my golf bag. Oh well stay safe down there & take care of the old folks, we wanna see Mike golfing again soon.

I howled with laughter at the "fake umbrella ..."brilliant! Many years ago my partner in the final of the club pairs matchplay competition had a 'Basakwerd' putter,no fairytale story here though as after teeing off I didn't see him until I holed the winning putt on the 17th and we all shook hands,he spent all his time off in the hay looking for his ball and never had an opportunity to show us what a great putter it was! Thanks guys,as always great fun.

That fan (when held correctly) will also help with your club path as it will train you to swing down the path with the least resistance. Square the panels to the target line, and adjust to the point where you can barely see the back (opposite of the target side) of the panel furthest from you. Really great training aid.

Ah yes........another Stacked video to help get me through the week. I actually have one of those Swing fans. Yes it is supposed to help build up club head speed. As you swing it, the blades cause wind resistance and it is designed to help strengthen the muscles involved in the golf swing. And of course I hardly ever touch mine. It just sits in the corner staring balefully at me. Now this open air flea market.....is that the one north of Daytona up near Palm Coast and can be seen from I-95? I have been wanting to check that one out as soon as I get the details on how to get to it.

That swing trainer w wings: I'm under the impression that Chi Chi promoted those. I had one n swear it was worth +5 mph in swing speed. When I quit golf, I gave it to a 50 yr old salesman, he kept it in his office n swung it 100 times per day. He said it added 10 mph. He won his clubs annual long drive contest. Definitely works. I think the resistance increases the lag in your swing.

I used that fan thing when I first started golfing. It built up my golf mussels that I was able to crush my drives for how small of a guy I am. Ended up being a assistant golf pro for a few years.

At 6.25 you showed an old surf board. It was possibly worth a great deal of money!. From what I saw of it it was a twin fin (a board with 2 fins). These were popular for only a very short time and if the maker was well known it is $$$$$$$$$$$. Even in the condition it was in. Edited to add.... even if we were not under lockdown I would happily watch you wander round markets like this ALL DAY!!!!!.

At first when I saw the putter I got excited and thought it was a Taylormade Nubbins. I had one that I played all through high school golf. Over the years I had forgot all about it until about a year ago. I found and bought 1 on eBay. Talk about an off club face. Have you guys ever hit one before?

JON, you pulled out slightly a Tommy Armour SilverScot 845s club, if there was a whole set...buy them, they are great clubs. If only a few are there grab the sandwedge, it is awesome and I still use it to this day. They were big in the 90's and a lot of tour pros used those clubs.

One of my buddies had one of those trainers. He got rid of it because his kids kept hitting each other with it! lol
