Keeping yourself safe against some who is potentially much bigger and stronger is a very scary thought. Thankfully, with the use of proper position, technique, and leverage it is a hurdle virtually anyone and overcome by: TAKING THE BACK! Crazy Horse is a game you are your child can play to gain the grip strength and control needed to maintain the "back mount" position the most dominant in all of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Somethings to look out for while in the back mount position:
- Keep your hands locked together, if your arms are not long enough, have your partner wear a jacket or sweatshirt and grip it tightly!
- You must keep your head down with your ear right next to theirs, this is for safety!
- Your goal should be to try and knock the partner down to their side!
