The lady recording the man because he was apparently illegal dumping happened to me too. My family owns a barbershop and it was the end of the day and we were all tired. My mom and my brother went to throw away the trash at this dumpster that only the businesses and the people who live in the apartments near by can use. So they were throwing away the trash and some guy came by with a bicycle recording them and yelling "THATS ILLEGAL DUMPING" And he didn't even come back to ask if they lived by the apartments or worked at the nearby businesses.
