Noo it's definitely real, you can still easily do demanding aerobic exercise in at least -20 degrees celsius. If it gets much colder than that it will be difficult to breathe but even in those temperatures you can easily get very hot if you put too much clothes on. Your extremities like fingers, toes and ears get cold much easier so the tricky part is getting all your clothing just right so you don't feel too hot or too cold in any part of your body. And the reason why his face looks like that isn't because he's in any danger of getting a frostbite, it's just all the moisture in the air he's breathing out freezing on his beard and hair that makes him look like that 😌 Joggers or skiers with frozen beards and eyebrows are actually quite a commont sight in places where it gets cold during the winter 😂
