LaMelo Ball recorded a season-high 36 points, along with 9 rebounds and 8 assists for the Hornets, with Mark Williams adding 18 points and 16 rebounds in the victory. Jayson Tatum tallied a season-high 45 points and 13 rebounds for the Celtics. The Hornets improve to 4-9 in the regular season, while the Celtics fall to 11-3.
With his 4 3PM tonight, LaMelo Ball has become the 2nd fastest player in NBA history to record 500 3PM:

With around 13 seconds on the clock, miles possibly peeps the shot clock.. at roughly 4 seconds, he surely catches a glimpse of the shot clock.. and within 4 or 5 tenths of a second, decides "I'm launching". Possibly niche commentary, but love seeing the presence of mindddd 💆🏾💆🏾💜💛💜💛

THIS WAS THE BEST ENDING ALL SEASON! First time ive watched Charlotte and gotta say really impressed, they look sharp fast and tough, Lamello looks amazing. Teams should use this as a blueprint for how to attack and defend Boston, they got worn down and demoralized as the game went on. Great W

The Hornets put on a masterclass of composure, hustle, and efficiency. The Celtics have a tendency to make bad decisions when it really matters. Spread the floor, use the clock, get to the line, and make free throws. They started playing rec ball out there, and it cost them the game.
