Join us for a rejuvenating outdoor #yoga session focused on healthy shoulders. Our #shoulders are constantly in use which means they are either tense or stiff, and at the same time weak which creates a lot of discomfort.
In this class, you'll learn techniques to open and strengthen the shoulders so that you can deal with your daily tasks more easily. For live online classes and in-person classes go to: www.purnayoga.fi
This Purna yoga class begins with an opening series, followed by a gentle sun salutation warm-up, and then transitions into targeted shoulder work.
Take care of your shoulders while enjoying the beautiful surroundings of the Finnish Archipelago.
👉 This class is for all levels of practitioners, but please note that it includes an inversion.
Contraindications for INVERSIONS
*Epilepsy or recent stroke
*Glaucoma or any eye problems related to pressure
*Avoid for six months after eye surgery
*High blood pressure and heart conditions
*Acid reflux and hiatal hernia
*Menstrual period
