I love that Addison is learning to do Kason and Brinley’s hair. As a biracial person myself it can be hard to find people who know how to do my hair depending on where I live at the time. I think it is great that she is learning how to care for her siblings’ hair and that it’s just a normal thing for her to learn.

I do water aerobics twice a week .Our instructor is amazing. She interacts with you ,she memorizes everyone's name ,she calls out to you throughout the class & ask how you are doing.She doesn't care if we laugh and talk and have a good time that's what it's all about .She also pushes you to go farther but in a good way.She also play's gospel music read the scripture afterwards she prays for you she is so much fun she's like family and I absolutely love the class & her.

When you filmed this on Wednesday 15th we had lots of rain too where I live in the UK. Infact all its done since then is rain lol and its so cold with it. I've not been able to eat cucumber since I was 15 as am severely allergic to it. The water aerobic class sounded great. Hope you've not been too sore from it.

Sound proofing foam on the walls will help with holes and its easily to remove and put on a different wall if needed.

I love going to the water aerobic class at the Y. I used to go everyday, then covid hit. It's been harder to get back into it. I can't believe how much it lowered my blood pressure. I absolutely love Trey's haircut. I love how he lit up when he saw it. Kason looks really good with his hair in locs. Kudos to Addison for wanting to learn how to do Kason's hair. All the guys looked good with their haircuts 😊.

I used to do the water aerobic class but when the pandemic hit I stop I let my gym membership go but I really loved the class is a great work out and u don't feel much pain in ur body.... I'm glad u guys enjoyed it

I have been the youngest in my water aerobics classes for 15 years and I am 60. I wish there were younger gals joiningm I had a great class years ago we would talk the whole time as a group. Many times the next day I would be sore and didn't remember working hard the previous day. Love it. Hope you, Mindy, Kylie and Jared continue with it.

Fresh from the garden cucumbers with apple cider vinegar and salt are the first things we have every summer, along with my favorite, cucumber sandwiches with just mayo, salt, and pepper! So good! They’re not the same with store bought cucumbers, gotta be right from the garden! ❤

Darts tip- Mount a larger piece of plywood to the wall & then mount the dart board to the plywood. You can paint it the same color as the wall to be more aesthetically pleasing than just wood on a wall lol.

I do "Water Aerobics" and "Aqua Jog" every week at our Community Indoor Pool. No! Sauna but new Hot Tub/Spa are in the works. Good workouts and gentle on your joints.

When we were little (4 kids in the family) we used the upstairs living room strictly for playing things we shouldn't play in the house. :D We played soccer, handball, tag and several different mixes of all that, etc. Yeah, it was a mess, but it was as much of our home as it was our parents' so they gave up worrying about it after a while :D

When my kids were growing up I always marinated the cucumbers in wine vinegar and some type of seasoning and they were soooo good! My kids loved them and was always asking for them. I used up the seasoning (it was a jar of something that was a mix of things) and I don't remember what it was called now so haven't had it in a long time! LOL The boys' haircuts all look so good! We go to aqua aerobics 3 times a week here in the UK and we love it and it becomes addictive. It’s such good exercise.

I absolutely love water aerobics I've lost alot of weight and love the friendly older people too I'm 43:))

My son had the expander put in 6 months before he got his braces. Eating was not fun for a few days but he got use to it pretty fast. He got his braces put on last month and they took the expander out the same day which was a huge surprise. He said the braces definitely hurt more then the expander.

You could put a huge bulletin board up behind that wall. It may help

A big quilt behind the game will more than likely secure it…. But if this is a true play corner, I’d add cork board to the back instead… that way no matter what happens to it it won’t ruin it! (:

In the 1960's we had to do 50-100 push up in PE class. it was common. You guys need to strengthen up! lol
