Hey guys, sorry this one took long to release, been pretty busy with school lately. Anyways, finally finished another boss theme from Bravely Default! There's still one more I like to do :)

I love this remix! This one in particular gives Wicked Flight an overtly creepy vibe that is incredibly appropriate and works beautifully. Makes me sort of wish the original felt as creepy as this.

Just have to say, this is awesome. Usually, when I'm listening to a remix of a song, I'm thinking "this is nice and all, but it kind of just makes me want to listen to the original", especially when it comes to Bravely Default. This one, though, never made me feel that way. It's hard to explain, but it's like it has my favorite parts of the song while still having its own feel, if that makes any sense. Keep it up!

@@ildathet unfortunately this is a flaw in the bravely series...the side quests are not accurately aligned with the main quest. So some events are out of place, finding out a truth on a side quest doesnt change imediately the next interaction on main quest.

@@ScottQ1 HUGE SPOILERS FOR BRAVELY DEFAULT DOWN BELOW, READ AT YOUR OWN RISK airy the fairy is evil thus if you take out the "F's" it reads "lying airy" in the English version it says "where the fairy flies" instead of the Japanese version of "flying fairy" and if you get to a certain point of the game and boot it up the "where the fairy flies" turns to "airy lies"

Federico Almiron In Final Fantasy 7, there was a theme for the several JENOVA based bosses in the game, and it sounds rather familiar to this in a few ways. Mainly the very beginning.

Good job, although I just wonder why everyone who does a cover of this song uses DPCM bass.

+TheMusikage Thanks! and I did try putting the bass in other channels first but I felt like the DPCM bass sounded the cleanest. Plus, It gave me an extra channel to work with.

+TheMusikage That's because the OST score has a very loud bass which is better emulated by one of Sunsoft's sampled bass than the classic triangle bass. However, i believe a 4 voice + no sample at all (potentially DPCM "popping" for rythm like in FF3) would be more faithful to square's NES sound design since BD is heavily inspired by FF.

This is running off the limitations of the konami VRC6 chip, Which was available for some NES games.
