I came to comment the same. It broke my heart. Also, when they mentioned he hoarded food 'cause he was afraid to go hungry again. I just couldn't control my tears. God bless this couple for giving them the most important things a child needs: love and security!

Even though Brody may not know his bio family, I hope (know) he understands that he is now in a family that will love him no matter what happens. It just brakes my heart to hear how little some parents care for their kids.

aileen V but he’s in a much better place, that it just makes ya so happy for him and removes the sadness.... what a family to be adopted into huh?? I wish they could adopt me! But.... seeing as I’m a little older than them.... don’t think it’d ever happen! Lol I love how positive and loving this family is!!! It was so cute when the kids were told they’re adopting again! They were all so happy! The more the merrier mindset is so awesome! ❌❤️❌❤️❌❤️

It breaks my heart when Brody says they don’t even know me and I’m over here like being all emotional and breaking down because it’s sad when the parents doesn’t wanna see their real kids growing up be there for their graduation and much more it’s sad because I love kids so much.... Brody don’t be sad it’s ok be thankful that u got a beautiful amazing adopted parents may god bless u all 🤍🙏🏻

Unfortunately many people aren’t strong enough to overcome what they’re fighting in order to keep their kids. Whether it’s mental health or addiction it’s a really hard battle and many of the parents just have to accept that their kids are better off with someone who can provide for them.

Poor Brody, that's heartbreaking!! He's such a sweet little boy, no child should ever have to feel like that!! I'm so glad you found him!! He has the best smile, and I hope he spends every single day showing it off!!

Brody broke my heart. “They don’t even know me” I forget he was adopted as a baby. I wish the had some clue as to who or where his family is. Even knowing a relative like the others.

It was sad when brody said they don’t know me I felt sad but I know that he has amazing family now . That the joys adoption and fostering we get new foster kid this Friday because they need home she is 8 years old . That be 10 kids we have for and I have one on the way too

I know that he is in an amazing place right now and he has parents that love him but coming from a little kid it makes you feel greatfull got things that you take for granted xx I wonder if he should do a 23 and me test so see if anything comes up it may be interesting xx

For a little boy to say that his bio parents don't know him is simply heartbreaking. Though at the end of the day he has a family that loves and cares for him now and that is all that matters. Thank God for people like you who have so much love to give!

God Bless Brody. He needs so much extra love. The way he quietly backed up into the wall mentioning he didn’t have family was hard to watch. Especially after remembering you mentioning he started to hide pop tart wrappers under his bed during quarantine. Praying for him ❤️

it’s so heart breaking to know that even though these kids have such an amazing family now and are so unbelievably loved, they still feel like a huge piece of them is missing because of their relationship with their biological family
