asha Yes and I did it! The only different I had with this video is that the baking time is a bit longer to get that nice brown exterior. The recipe is great and the cookie taste great! I eat it with some green tea with a slice of lemon it really is a perfect combination. I recommend using a very light loose leaf green tea instead of a very strong one since you will get a better taste of lemon this way.

@@Sintrania I didn't let them brown as much, gave them 25 minutes and looked at the edges that were nice and brown (so were the bottoms). I felt like the ones he made were possibly a *little* overdone, but we'll see! Letting them cool and having it with some chai milk tea!

I made these yesterday and they were delicious! However, mine did not turn out as dark as yours, so I’m wondering why.. I followed your instructions and baked them at 160 degrees Celsius.

I made this last week and everyone at work absolutely loved it! But the cookies I made don't have caramelized surface, even though I left it in the oven for a long time. Possibly because of the increased thickness of my cookies?
