Ingredients:
-3 ripe bananas
-A cup of milk (dairy or non dairy)
-2 tablespoons of choco powder
-Honey or maple syrup (optional)
-Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker shake)
-Whipped cream and chocolate shavings (optional, for garnish)
Method:
-Peel the bananas and slice them into chunks.
-In a blender, add the banana chunks, milk, choco powder, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
